Finding an Alexander Teacher
Teachers in the United Kingdom and Ireland

The majority of Alexander Technique teachers in the UK belong to the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT).

The main other society of Alexander teachers is Alexander Technique International (ATI). (Many members of the ATI also belong to STAT or one of its affiliates).

It would be best to check both societies

You can also find the Alexander teachers in Ireland through The Irish Society of Alexander Teachers (ISATT). ISATT members are all also members of STAT or ATI. Here’s the ISATT list of teachers.
