The Alexander Technique without unnecessary jargon

Alexander Technique teachers are often very pedantic about what they do. Often, they make it unnecessarily hard for other people to understand the basic principles and how to work with those principles.

These articles listed here were written to explain the ideas that really matter to you, the person who wants to benefit from the Alexander Technique. As far as possible, I explain things using familiar words, without making use of the usual Alexander Technique jargon.

So get reading.
