Even if you’ve no teacher near enough for you to visit, all is not lost. Here are a couple of excellent choices

Visit an Alexander teacher while travelling

What about spending a week somewhere near an Alexander teacher who could see you every day? Perhaps when you go on holiday — or on a business trip?

Personal Online tuition

The other thing that more people are beginning to do is learn online using Repoise, my teaching forum. This is most useful when you’re also able to have some direct one-to-one lessons. However we can still achieve quite a lot just through you practising what I teach you in the forum.

Repoise is particularly useful as a way to keep progressing well if you can only visit an Alexander Technique teacher occasionally. So if you can only visit a teacher occasionally either because of distance or because of a temporary shortage of funds, then consider trying The Repoise school

(Just to be clear, you won’t be learning to teach the Alexander Technique, you’ll be learning to apply it for your own benefit, just as you would if you were going to an Alexander teacher for lessons).
